      Sorry, I don't own Fallout 4.
      I still have a dislike of STEAM that I've not gotten over yet.

      Perhaps once the Fallout 4 GECK/Creation kit is released there'll be a permission request to port to Fallout 4. I've allowed porting to New Vegas previously.

    I was a fan of the movie and the weaponry used in it as well, great mod

    And considering that the weapon was a Bushmaster wrapped in a frame even though it appears as an energy weapon you have it dead on accurate to what it is in real life.

      Yes, I loved the film too.

      I was really taken with the rifle's design, it was sleek & futuristic but still a practical looking weapon to handle.
      Also fairly unusual to see a firearm in a film that was pale rather than tactical black.

      I must admit, upon first watching the film, to not even recognising it was built around a Bushmaster ACR.
      It was only once I researched it for making a model that it became clear.

      The Yankees baseball cap was my first ever custom UV using Blender, I'd always wanted to change the vanilla baseball cap UV so it could use non symmetrical symbols on the front.

      The film's look seemed like it would be at home in Fallout 3's setting.

    Requesting permission to port this mod (vanilla body version) from Fallout 3 to Fallout New Vegas. If successful, I would like permission to upload the port to nexusmods.com. I will make sure you retain credit and list you as the author on the description page.

    I intend to use the TESsnip method to port the mod over.

      Quick update. Porting the mod from Fallout 3 to New Vegas using TESsnip looks mostly successful. All the records except the WRLD records looked safe to copy over. However, the world models for the New York hat and the goggles don't render in the GECK. All I get is the red exclamation point/marker. The world models for those two items are BaseballCapYankees01go.nif and gogglesOblivion01go.nif, not to be confused with the male biped models BaseballCapYankees01.nif and gogglesOblivion01.nif which do render/preview just fine. I've double and triple checked the paths to the nif files using the GECK and FNVEdit and the paths looks good. I can place the rifle, the knife, the pistol, and the suit in the game world but when I try to drop the goggles or the hat in I still get the red exclamation point. Anybody have any ideas on what would cause that?

      Note: Using nifskope I can view the models BaseballCapYankees01go.nif and gogglesOblivion01go.nif so the geometry looks sound. Why would they not render in the Fallout New Vegas GECK?

      Note: BaseballCapYankees01go.nif and gogglesOblivion01go.nif do render/preview fine in the Fallout 3 GECK so I wonder if there is something I need to manually edit when copying the records via TESsnip. I believe the NIF model format remains the same between Fallout 3 and New Vegas so I don't think it's a file format issue.

      Yes you may port it to New Vegas, Just bear in mind I don't own New Vegas myself so am unable to support the mod over there. That'll be up to you. Best of luck!

      Yes, the those will relate specifically to where the items are placed in Fallout 3 (Washington Monument), You'll need to find a location to place them in New Vegas.

      Red Marker is missing mesh warning. Check the file paths to those models is correct.

      As you say, Nif's should be the same over there as in Fallout 3.

      Have you tried setting the Yankees' cap & the goggles' "World Model" in GECK by hand?

      Just one wrong character in the path would make GECK & the game miss it.

      Sorry, I wouldn't download a file without knowing it's provenance.

      In any case you'd need the original creator's permission to convert it, whatever it is, to Fallout 3.

      Perhaps contact the original makers & see if they can help.

    Your mod does not download. It only your mod other mods download fine but yours fails.NVM turns out its the shity salt lake city servers that are failing i tried London and it worked much better even tho thats alot farther from me.

      Sometimes servers are down or troublesome, that's why it's nice having the option to choose a server by hand.
