Been trying every ENB for FA3, they all add some "color tint" to the game. They should stop calling them Midrastic or Blackout an just start calling them "blue tint, orange tint, violet tint, pink tint, etc". Trouble with ENB's an fallout games, while you can get one area to look great, it affects another area not so well, classic example is "outdoors/indoors". Every ENB that makes outside look vibrant an more colorful also does the same for the dingy underground sewers an makes them look horrible.
So I need one that just keeps the game as original as possible. Sadly the only one I had hopes for was Project reality but it's buggy, the capital building has a weird green tint. I messed around with it but gave up, then I tried Samsara, looks great but since it adds data files & you have to muck around with your fallout.ini files, just means too complicated. Game crashed more often too, so conflicts with my mods.
So I needed something SIMPLE an with the latest ENB version, well D-Enb does the best job, it's very simple, has the Shift/Enter menu to adjust. I just put the game brightness to 80%, then adjusted the light settings in the ENB menu to 1.50.
Turn off Dynamic Shadows, seems it causes render errors & gltiches in all these ENB's.
Now FA3 looks as close to the original game as possible but now it's all nicely blended in.
The only gripe I have with D-ENB is that my beautiful blue sky is now dulled, seems you can not have it all.
