    Man I love this mod allows me to one shot kill Deathclaws with a headshot. The model, textures, and sound are really well done as well.

    Nice! I actually though the *ahem* "stubborn old man" is going to be using it, but nevermind, the weapon is cool!

    great looking mod. super mutant master in gnr with this weapon don't shoot and does nothing. btw they got ammo
    equipped when inv checked also when bos npcs pick them up they shoot just fine.
    *Edit: so i added it to supermutant weapon formlist (added using fo3edit, otherwise it says cant use weapon when inv checked) +  Mutant Animations mod (thanks Sn4rk and TalkieToaster) and using console spawned a sm , gave it the gun and ammo. sm uses it just fine.

    @Za1zeR - would you please add the weapon and ammunition base ID please? I like testing out mods and I always need the codes for testing. It would be very appreciated. Thank you.

    I downloaded all your mods, still testing 3 but used the rail shotgun in my current game.

    Overall a very nice addition

    finaly a bad ass sniper rifle i have not found any good sniper rifles until click on your mod, now this is a antimaterial rifle great work man cant wait to try it out omg hahahahaha im going to be unstoppable!! i like it when its not way overpowered to because that just make it way to easy to play the game you know.

    I think a .50 BMG would be too powerful round on a moblie automatic sniper rifle, due to the insane recoil. There had been a sniper rifle conversion of the M2 Browing Heavy Machine Gun, but even then it was semi-auto and had to be used on a modified tripod.

    I think the Bozar should use a smaller round so that the recoil would be much easier to handle yet still would have enough long range stopping power

      Well, a .50 BMG aint to powerful to be used in a mobile sniper rifle. I made the weapon based on the Barrett M82A1 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barrett_M82) which is a fully functional simi-automatic .50 cal anti-material sniper rifle (probably the most powerful projectile based weapon in the world), which has the same principle as the one in this mod. I made it of the Bozer's proportions, because i think it looked a bit like the Barrett to start with. I made a few tweaks, so it looked more like it, just with a bit more lore friendly texture... : P

      The M2 can yield the the same results without the conversion, but a fully automatic .50 caliber sniper rifle would completely pointless.

      Based on the original definition, a sniper is one who hunts snipes.
      Snipe- any of several long-billed game birds of the genera Gallinago (Capella) and Limnocryptes, inhabiting marshy areas, as G. gallinago (common snipe) of Eurasia and North America, having barred and striped white, brown, and black plumage. (From dictionary.com)

      The modern definition of a sniper is one who fire upon targets of opportunity from a concealed position and remains hidden.

      Fully automatic weapons no matter the size or rate of fire are loud and difficult to conceal.

      Before anyone makes a comment about silencers... They are actually called suppressors and they are still noisy.

      First of all, I want to say, the guy who started this post, just went in head first, and started talking about a 50 BMG, being too powerful for an moblie automatic sniper rifle. And just assumed that this mod was full automatic (properly because he knew that the Bozar from FO2 was a full automatic sniper rifle (due to game bug)), without even trying the mod first, and see what it was. (I can see that in the download registry, because I'm the author of the mod). I will appreciate, that people actually tried the mod, before they open their mouth. Second of all, no one have asked for the complete definition of what a sniper is, or at least what they could find out, after two seconds of google/wikipedia search. Neither have they asked for pictures of some random rifle from some famous B-movie. So, let's just keep the posts reserved to things that actually involving the mod shall we?

    The fallout 2 Bozar is a full automatic sniper (which hasn't yet been achieved real life). However I have found a pretty cool looking sniper rifle that uses the .50 BMG round and its Semi Auto. Its called the Pauza P-50 and it had been featured in the movie Robocop 2.

    Hi!

    Just wanted to ask: I've run into some sort of bug wherein NPCs are able to equip the rifle, but weirdly, are unable to use/fire the weapon. What could be the case?

      If the NPCs don't have any ammo equipped, they can't fire it. Maybe that's the reason.

      @Mariofan15, except that this particular rifle mod is based off a SEMI-AUTO Barrett M82 .50 BMG, as opposed to the one in New Vegas which is a BOLT-ACTION French PGM Hecate II AMR. I'd rather use the Barrett-looking AMR that is SEMI-AUTO than that AMR, if you ask me.
