   The jukebox does not work and the fridge is just to look at. It looks good, but the mod can't be used by me.

   You might consider using one of the houses outside Big Town barricaded area. Otherwise some of the residents might stray in and start using your stuff. Then, you might have no other choice but killing them to get it back.

      Another solution, go into your console click the doors and use the command "lock" as they wont be able to pick doors.

      Maybe it might help if you mark door as 'Minimal Use'. I have never tried that, not sure if it works.

   Wow amazing mod you did a very nice job moddeling it and stuff. I don't know what to say that is how impressed I am and I'd like to ask some questions as well if you don't mind
