I absolutely hate this comment. How can you possibly look at the vast amount of content in this game and think it was rushed? I want to personally smack the crap out of everyone who says that because they really have no clue. Bethesda rocks and they made a truely fantastic game that goes well beyond most of the crap that passes for gaming on the market.
Great Mod, I can see though why Bethesda decided to cut this from the final game, being able to freeze a entire pack of enemies is a tad overpowered. Though it is kinda fun with Increased Increased Spawns from Marts Mutant Mod XD. Love the explosion effect.
Ok, for all you guys complaining, this weapon is NOT made by dumbassusername, but by bethesda, and it was cut from the final version, and since you are complaining i guess you know why.
hmm, I wont download until you change the area of affect thing, cus with it, it seems like HAXXX to me. also, maybe you could implement a thing where if you hit a frozen enemy with a fire weapon, they melt and get insta-killed.

I get the same thing. Also, it seems very slow to fire. You pull the trigger and there is a delay before the fire animation takes over. Otherwise it's OK. I'll rate when it's complete. Seems like a few tweaks and it'll be 100%.
