I've a minor request for the utility tool. A version which can target and shoot through the surface of water.
I'm replaying Point Lookout, and there is plenty of loose wood decking planks littering the water near the pier. Since ALL weapons in FO3 are force auto holstered in water, we need a way to target and hit things seen through the surface of the water.
Gun Stopped working for me works for new saves. Think i read some thing about saving with it out or equipped causing issues could be the case iv got Casm so hard to say in any event tips for getting it to work again or not breaking it in the first place?
I do remember something like that occurring rarely. I made some changes to avoid it but it seems the issue is still there. Try using this command in the console (with the gun unequipped): ResetQuest rmZap
