The only problem with the mod is an easy one. The quest from Moira that sends you to Robco to install a widget, can't be completed with this mod activated. Simply turn it of when you need to finish the quest, then turn it back on.
It just won't let you activate the Robco terminal to complete the objective. Saving and quitting right at that moment to turn off the mod for a sec works just fine. Once you complete the quest, feel free to re-activate
If you want to fix it without having to do that, get FO3Edit and load up the plugin. Inside the plugin, delete the SCPT group (They're dirty edits that disable the quest script from properly working.)
Should be it, I haven't properly tested if this 'fix' works but technically it should solve the problem.
I tried to copy the file into my Fallout 3 Data folder..but a WinRAR Diagnostic message appeared..it says : Unknown Method in FogRemover.ESP and No files to extract...can you fix this or maybe make a new one from scratch? thanks

This doesn't work for me at all, no matter the load order or anything else I try. I have the GOTY edition and a few other mods, but none of them conflict or attempt to do the same thing.
