This is easily one of the best House mod to have ever existed. It's easy to get, but it's price became holly shit. Though, Just type this on "~" Player.Additem 000000F and sets it either 9000 or MILLION CAPS, this is an easy Access. You can still click on the door and type Unlock on "~", but this cause bugs like NPC entering the place and PAULIE won't leave.
Nice apartment mod, nothing o/p about it. Price was a bit steep but I had money to burn by this point. I made some alterations, swapped the steel frame bed for a naval cot like most of the other quarters on the ship have, and a floor safe under the desk.
A private apartment in the safest town in the wastelands should be expensive.
BUT: Even without the FWE surcharge, for 10,000 caps I want a clean bed, I'll even supply the Abraxo!
Maybe if it had one of those good looking Navy Cots, instead of 200 year old mattress in which entire civilizations of mutant bedbugs have risen, fallen, and risen again.
But thats just a quibble, I love this mod overall, nicely done.
There's one thing though... if this mod is used alongside FWE [which changes economy a bit] the apartment's price goes up to 25.000 or even higher Would it be possible to change the way of buying it? From what I've seen while using other mods dialogue option instead of an item from vendor's inventory would fix the price as 10.000 caps no matter what other mods would do to vendors/prices/barter skills etc. Regards.
Talk with Seagrave Holmes in the market. The apartment will show up in his inventory for you to buy, there's no dialog about it. Prepare for a bit of sticker shock...
The home is well worth it, though. Great location. From the front gates of Rivet City, enter the door on the left. Walk past the stairwell, and enter the door on that same level. The apartment is the first door on the right of midship.
