To stop the turrets from attacking everybody, you open the Geck and : - Delete the three turrets - Create a new "creature" using CrTurret03Outcast as the ActorBase - Reuse everything except the AI Data - On the AI Data Tab, uncheck Aggro Radius Behavior - Put three of the new turrets on the building as before.
Very nice, the outpost's location is excellent. As for the Outcasts and their turrets, they seem to be working ok - they don't attack neither me nor my follower nor Tinker Joe and his robots passing by, no matter how close. The turrets (and then as a consequence the Outcasts too) do seem to attack wastelanders who come much too close, e.g. scavengers from NPCs Travel by skyorange, but it's enough to just disable turrets via console and the Outcasts will not initiate any bloodsheds.
why the heck do you care how someone mods their game? it's rude to say things like that, you can't tell someone not to use a mod because to you it "ruins" the feel of the game.
for hostilities its a quick fix in the g.e.c.k. while it is bothersome it fixes your individual problem permanently. this mod has not been touched in 2 years. the modder abandoned this impressive mod and i believe its due to his inexperience as a modder. while im not a modder for fallout i have made some impressive morrowind mods that i kept to myself before my hard drive crashed and deleted everything
A warning to anyone about to download this mod; the turrets stationed with the Outcast members are all hostile, and will turn the Outcasts against you.
I had to enter console commands and remove the turrets from the game to fix it. After that the Outcasts acted normally.

Edit: The Outcasts are always hostile is supposed to be like that?
