The purposes of this mod is making fallout 3 a game very difficult to complete, but not frustrating. That means, most difficult is the quest, bigger is the reward. All the quests have been rebalanced. Is also required to reach a level high enough (about 18 or more) to complete the game. The challenge is prevent the essential characters from dying (including liberty prime), and this forces you to get a high level and a sufficient amount of equipement, to explore and complete several side quests and to have the support of several followers (max 3, btw)
