About this mod

The purposes of this mod is making fallout 3 a game very difficult to complete, but not frustrating. That means, most difficult is the quest, bigger is the reward. All the quests have been rebalanced. Is also required to reach a level high enough (about 18 or more) to complete the game. To get a high level and a sufficient amount of equipement, you

new features:
German WWII Stielhandgrenade, with a powerful knockdown effect, available in stores, grenade boxes and gore bags.
A new mine pack, available in the stores and mine boxes, including a nuclear mine (powered like fat man ammo). Enhanced the effects from previous mine pack from Smurf_Impact, and increased the quantity for sale.
The obsolete Rock-it laucher has become a Napalm Bomb Launcher; ammo can be crafted at the workbench.
The bio gas canister now is an interesting weapon.
Due to the global crisis, the stuff becomes more expensive and the rewards from outcast Casdin decrease as the time goes by.
Enemy can spot you from a longer distance, your sneak chance is mostly related to your sneak skill
Player levelling has been set up in order to reach level 30 when you have completed about everything. Xp reward is very big for exploring and quest completion.
Primary needs and time multiplier are more realistic.

Followers no longer have infinite ammo, you have to equip them. They have different tag skills:
cross: big gun, energy, small gun
jericho: big gun, melee, small gun
butch: unarmed, melee, small gun
clover: explosives, small gun, sneak
charon: energy, melee, unarmed
They don't work for free, you must pay their salary every day (amount determined by your barter skill, number of followers, and for cross and jericho also by your karma). Some followers will leave you during the game if your karma becomes too high or too low. Also RL3 need a fission battery replacement.
Several items need to be handled with care, like cherry bombs or gunpowder. They will explode if ignited.
Some settings affecting difficulty have been locked in fwe control panel.
The package contains also the MG42 mod from exordia (fixed the sound too loud and the weapon wear rate)
Sometimes the unique items give special bonuses in relation to certain perks (like the commando armor if you have the commando perk, for example)

For underground city (by far, the best third part DLC you can find around) there is a file which fix some bugs and make UC compatible with MMM and FWE

Is better that you don't load mods that give away tons of stuff for free, god items, items that give water breathing and so on, or my work is useless.
