So looks like The Crimson Caravan by Azar is one of those Arefu mods that conflicts with this one. I was really hoping the 2 mods would be able to coexist.
love this little place. It's cute, functional, and still somewhat lore friendly. I know you said you removed some mirelurk. When I first went there I saw Yvette being chased by a couple of mirelurk in the water. It was almost like a scene from the Jaw, somewhat horrific and comical at the same time...
Great mod Gary. My first experience with your mod was your Rancho Villa from new vegas. Was actually surprised to find your mods here even though I played FO3 before FNV but they're all very high quality and IMO deserve far more endorsements than they currently have. This mod is no exception. Place looks absolutely atmospheric at night, uploaded a picture for all to see
The whole thing reminds me of summer camp after the kids are gone; it's quiet, the lake is empty, and the adults are free to chill out until they close the place. Happily enough, this place isn't going to close any time soon. A great place to crash mid-adventure, in my semi-humble opinion.

Interesting thought, but I never picked up Skyrim. The Fallouts are the only first person games I play; the rest are historical grand strategy type from Paradox. Someone has to get the world ready for armageddon, right?

Come on where did my A-frame go and there are some people missing now also. Is there a way to put the A-frame back?? and the extra tourists. About the swimsuit I think you can add the strip code at the waters edge.
