But wait! Not only does it make them playable, it gives you abilites natural for a ghoul.

Description:
While there are many, many mods out there that make the ghoul race playable, few if none at all actually add immersion to the race. This mod aims to improve that. Not only does it make Ghouls playable, it makes it so that radiation has new effects on you, namely healing you.
There is also a perk which further improves your experience as a ghoul, making you more resistant to poisons, chems and addictions.
Here is a full list of the different effects of begin a ghoul:
-Radiation sickness heals you and at higher levels heals your limbs but reduces intelligence.
-Radiation levels lower on their own over time.
-Resistance to chems which means they only carry half of the effects they normally do.
-Resistance to poisons and addiction
-Charisma is lowered for balance
-Feral Ghouls WILL ATTACK you at first. You have to take a separate perk to make them docile to you.

Requirements:

Install the esp into Fallout 3 Data folder and the texture file too.

Conflicts and known issues:
Anything that alters the ghoul mod or the affects of radiation
If you start a new and choose ghoul you might look strange in during your childhood quests and during the game you father is a ghoul.
While I would want to fix this, it goes beyond my skills because it is an aspect coded into the game. Never the less the mod does work it just looks weird.
I'm open to suggestions though.
