    Where do you think the Mansion is ? It is not in Point Lookout, It is in its own Worldspace unique from the wasteland.

    You travel to it by submarine USS Liberty over by Project Purity , There are no holes in walls or ceiling.
    It is completely redone.

    This is the "standAlone version".

    If you want it in a bigger mod that includes Underground Hideout, My Mansion, Xcaliber Shop,
    Zoes, Calvert Mansion ect.. Try My utility World - MUW v3.0 it is all in one mod, follow along as we expand, you must own GOTY with all DLC's, Run FOMM and FOSE to play MUW.

    Would you be willing to put the mansion in the wasteland?
    With the holes in the walls and ceilings removed, while maintaining the original look of the mansion. Of course it would come clean, and new furniture, but as I said keeping the original look of the mansion.
    I would love a mod with that mansion, from the moment I get in, I told myself I definitely would download a mod of this mansion.

    I mean in the wastelands, not with a new world, i mean if you would put the mansion in the wasteland. But clean/rebuild of the destroyed parts, but keeping the original look of the mansion >3

    What companion system you running ? I will try it out here with them to see what is up.

    Edit: Pulled a machine from storage, installed Calvert Mansion, grabbed Dogmeat (lvl30 savegame) headed to Sub then traveled in sub to PortCommonWealth, went to mansion kicked ass and left. Reversed path and no companion follow trouble. Was hard to get on the Barge for the key tho...(not sunk quite enuf).
    Uploaded a pic of dogmeat fightn ghosts.
    Fast Traveled to the mapmarker from V101 all OK.

    I like it but I can not get any of my companions there let alone in the sub.
    I have even tried to teleport there from my rivet city UH.
    So "Companion Friendly" ?? well not with any that I use.
    I do like the mansion, I could only wish for a way to clean it up option.

    That would be something I may try later, it is hard to modify the FO3 worldspace without causing weird conflicts, cause the original resources are locked in the FO3 and DLC ESM's.
    They do not like to be overridden (navmesh, landscape, ect.) That is why most mods have doors to them.

    Hello!

    Yes I can, however all you need to do in fallout is point at them with cursor, hit your "Z" key
    to grab them and walk them over to the bulkhead and stack them.

    If you are standing to close or to far away the Z key will not grab items. Hitting Z a second time drops item.

    you put crates on the deck, but I cannot pick up the crates. Can you make a patch with crates next to the cabin, or put the key inside of the cabin.
