These have been a fun addition to my game. I've endorsed the mod. However, I have a few small niggles I want to bring up. Oddly, the only enemy they've sent flying into the air has been the Behemoth at GNR O_o Aside from that little weirdness, the grenades are also a bit too common in my opinion. I find more of them than frag grenades, almost. I find them on Raiders, Talon mercs, even Scavengers. And thanks to the low damage the enemies never equip them to throw at me. This is only an issue because I use FWE. But the grenades are well balanced in their effects.
Shiholude you continue to amaze me with these gems. I was just thinking to myself why don't I try and make a "flashbang" mod. So I did a quick search for existing mods (I'm a little behind the field) and here is this wonder. In my books you have joined that small group of modders that I can trust have produced quality work. Kudos to you.
