First of all this is the first mod I have ever made, so go easy on the comments.
Jasmine was made due to many Nexus members asking if there was a companion version of her save file. Jasmiyne acknowledged that
it would be ok for someone to make her, but no one did. So i decided to try :)

Details:

Jasmine is lonely in the wasteland and is looking for someone she can travel with. She has heard about someone escaping from a nearby
vault and she has decided to stay in Megatown hoping to find that person.
You will find that she is very powerful for a low level player character, and she is more than capable of holding her own against most enemies.
Her tag skills are small guns, sneak and explosives. She starts off with Leather Armour and a Chinease assault rifle (both at 100% condition) and 2000 5.56mm bullets.
Apart from the initial hiring dialogue, she is fully vanilla voiced. She can be set to essential through dialogue, change her follow distance, bravery/confidence level, change home, go home, guard, wait, and relax. She will eat, sleep, and use idlemarkers when in the relax (sandbox) mode. Her eyes and hair are self-contained.
When hired she will give you summoning shades so you can teleport her to you if she is stuck, or you just need some help.
Her body mod is the Hot oiled type 3 Cali.
Her 2 weapons are completely unique (missile launcher looks the same but is much more deadly). Her carbine is new to FO3, but people who own and play FNV will recognise it and should know how powerful it is :)
Her weapons are just for herself, she will never share them with the player, but if you want her to use something else there is an option for that.
She is in Megaton, for obvious reasons if you destroy Megaton, then you cannot get her unless you use console commands.

Install:

Manual install: Copy files to (your installion folder)Fallout3Data
Start Fallout 3 Launcher, place a checkmark beside the jasmine.esp file.
To change her head and body textures, go to: DataTexturesCharactersfemaleJasmine
Simply replace the textures that are there with the ones you want. (Make sure the file names are the same)

Compatibility:

Jasmine should be compatible with most, companion friendly mods/environments. Keep her out of Vault87a as most companions will cause issues there (she should automatically fire herself and go home to her homemarker, but this has not been tested yet).
She is compatible with all the DLC (for mothership zeta use her teleporter to summon her, then she will follow you around the ship and also back to the wasteland)
If conflicts should arise, try changing the load orders of the conflicting mods.
This mod has been checked and cleaned with FO3Edit.

Bugs/Issues:

Not a bug, but just worth mentioning : the esp has the ESM flag set by the masterupdate, this is needed to "snap" her body skin colour to her head skin colour. So don't worry when you see "WARNING: This plugin has the file extension .esp, but its file header marks it as an esm!" in the FOMM.

V1 17/02/2011 - Initial Release
1.1 17/02/2011 - Major fix related to many different races haveing triangles over them due to missing textures and meshes.
1.2 18/02/2011 - Major fix to do with the greeting, she should now be recruitable if you couldn't before. Also minor fix to do with her sandbox when fired / sent home. Also i had forgotten to put back her oiled head textures in 1.1, i have now corrected this.
1.3 24/02/2011 - Added a heal option which fully heals Jasmine with 1 stimpak (You must have 1 in your inventory). She auto heals when fired or sent home (no stimpak needed).
She will no longer charge at the enemies, instead generally holding back to shoot from range.
Since she doesn't level up with the player, I have changed her permanent level from 1 to 30. This means she now has 770 health instead of 625. Also I have increased her small guns, explosives, sneak, energy weaps and melee skills so she will now be more effective at higher levels.
Lastly I have added animations to most of the dialogue so she wont just stand there like a lemon while you talk to her.
1.4 14/08/2011 - Fixed all remaining bugs which were reported. This includes now auto healing when non essential, and finally fixed the follow distance bug.
New option to ask her to draw her weapon when you do (turned on or off) and she will now sit down when you do. While sitting she will eat or drink.
Finally found what was causing the botox lips effect and fixed that so her lips are normal.
And lastly the script has now been completely fixed and no more errors are in it, thanks to GLIDEIMAGE for helping find all script errors.
