Do you also use any of these, I ask because UIO does not support it but did a short three line how to that I'm not completely understand what should be done.
1.NMCs_Texture_Pack_for_FO3 a really nice texture pack to make things look MUCH better.
2.The IMAGINATOR for FO3 - Visual Control Device
3.DYNAVISION - Dynamic Depth of Field
4.CINEMATECH - Film Grains and Styles
5.Directors Chair - Total Visual Control

:EDIT: Fixed links and correct a link.

I don't know about the NMCs_Texture_Pack_for_FO3. As for the other 4 mods the do work UIO - User Interface Organizer

NMC was an error, did not mean to put that there, that is a texture overhaul and no plugin needed.

But I may have answered my own question I think?
The IMAGINATOR for FO3 - Visual Control Device - uses a plugin only
DYNAVISION - Dynamic Depth of Field - plugin only
CINEMATECH - Film Grains and Style - plugin plus menus and includes_HUDMainMenu.xml
Directors Chair - Total Visual Control already supported in UIO

It seems and looks like the other three are not due to the way they are made, with an exception to CINEMATECH maybe because it does use .xml files as shown above to give the multi visual effects like film grain and others, I'm still in my baby steps of modding and not sure if it could be added to UIO and still work.

What i did is i install The IMAGINATOR for FO3, DYNAVISION - Dynamic Depth of Field, CINEMATECH - Film Grains and Styles Directors Chair - Total Visual Control an UIO - User Interface Organizer you also need FOSE to make UIO to work. So in game i control all of the via the f7 key and the - + from the num key pad more info here at Gopher's https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RWedc0RcYeI

Yeah I watched the video, I thank you for the info as to how you got things working and excuse the late reply, I have been having some issues with my lil ole PC here in the past week almost, and trying to get it and keep it all working at least. I gotta get my new PC built.

Anyway as to UIO, I think I just got my answer? the mod has a public and private folder, and on the main page it states.
      1. Open the folder ..\data\uio\public\.

      2. Create a plain text file (use your mod's name as the file name) and open it.
there are more instructions but not going to post here, just to much.

But my question was and what I was unsure of, is how to add The IMAGINATOR that uses a plugin only and DYNAVISION that uses a plugin only and CINEMATECH that uses a plugin and includes_HUDMainMenu.xml.

I figured out that IMAGINATOR and DYNAVISION are not / can't be added in to UIO, but what about CINEMATECH and can it be added into UIO with the instructions as stated on the main page, or should it or not be added to UIO because it does use a HUDMainMenu.xml file.?

That is what has me a bit confused, or is my ADD moment kicking in.

No you don't need to do anything just copy/paste the ui_organizer in the Plugins folder of FOSE and then all you have to do is install the other mods . UIO - User Interface Organizer automatically recognizes The IMAGINATOR, DYNAVISION & Directors Chair, but if you want to add support for a mod you need to follow the instructions.

I know it's been awhile since an update on this mod, but I'm hoping that someone can provide an answer.

Am I missing something here, I'm not understanding why the "User Manual and Installation Guide v 1" requires the UIO - User Interface Organizer by jazzisparis. I did download it, but the file in the .rar is a MS word Doc, is it somehow being brought in to the game?

Hi, thanks for this great mod! I have one question though: When the cinematec.esm is active I have the low grain effect in the main menu right when I start up the game. Is there a way to turn that off?

I "fixed" it myself by changing 'FilmGrainMenuMode' [GLOB:0A0010C6] from 1 to 0 with FO3Edit.

Guys, I had trouble installing Cinematech with FOMM too but I think I found a fix. Try extracting all the files into a folder, then use 'Create from Folder' function in FOMM. Mine works like a charm. And kudos for Gopher for this very beautiful mod. Makes Fallout 3 all that much better! ^ ^

Confirmed. As noted by clobberingtimegrych , kibelle's method works. Do not load the compressed archive.

NMM wouldn't activate either of the files. Got one activated with FOMM. Been like this since last year. It's the same with Director's Chair. They're brilliant once working though.
