seppesusi's right. As general rule if a mod isn't showing up, the first thing to try is moving it down the load order. I don't use LOOT either, it's not perfect enough. You're better off noting general recommended load order advice, and manually ordering & tweaking.
I have a belated additional suggestion which may help you or someone else: My guess is this fast-travel mod is messed up by the map-markers mod immediately underneath - or by the Compiled Fixes mod (which you don't need anyway as it's superceded by the latest UUFP3 which you also have in your load order).
I placed this mod at the bottom of my mod list and it still doesn't fully work 100%. Like say the RR Companion Vault. It won't let me fast travel from there and a few other buildings elsewhere in the wasteland but It's still good for what it is.
I realize this is kind of outdated and probably long abandoned (not supported), but I have a few general queries; "Is this mod compatible with FWE?" I don't think so, but I'm not certain, because I was not able to find any mention of a FAST TRAVEL FROM INDOORS feature within the READ ME of either FWE or this mod. SO is it perfectly ok or are they incompatible? Will doing a merge with FO3Edit potentially fix any conflicts? Also, I do know that it is compatible with EVE if you get the compatibility patch from Paradox Ignition presents EVE - they're in a folder labeled Compatibility - Outdated. However, I don't think you're suppose to use the Paradox Ignition-EVE.esm or .esp with the patch, otherwise you'll purportedly have issues - because it renders them obsolete (it's built into the main PI-EVE file). However, I am still wondering if the EVE - FastTravelIndoors patch.esp is still needed if using FWE's imbedded "Fast Travel from Indoors" with any version of EVE (PI or Original)?
Because I want to be able to fast travel from indoors, and it's not working right now.
And I am also curious, what are people's on opinions of which mod is better; This mod 'Fast-Travel from Indoors' or This other one 'Fast Travel from Indoors' http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7624/?tab=1&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D7624%26preview%3D&pUp=1
The former (this mod) is more recent, but (I think) the latter seems to be the more widely used/accepted version.
Sorry for not answering; This mod is indeed rather obsolete now what with the older one doing the same thing; i might have saved myself some work there I merely opened the geck and unchecked all the checkboxes that say "can not fast travel from here" for every indoor cell. So it should be compatible with just about everything since i didn't move anything or changed anything in the cells. You might find yourself confused when trying to travel out of new indoor cells that where added with other mods and find out that it can't be done. If you do experience any issues, try placing this mod after the mod you suspect of having conflicts with mine in the load order of the modmanager i'd recommend you use=)
FWIW, this mod looks much (much! ) cleaner than the older version of almost-the-same-name. No identical-to-master records, and (at a glance) no random changes to lighting or water levels or what-have-you. I may try to compare the two more in-depth to see if they change different places at a later point.

So, still just me?
Not sure why I would be on a ban list, I haven't been here in a while, but I was a heavy user and supporter of this mod.
I really want to upgrade this great mod.
