Bonds Tenpenny Tower Complete
DISCRIPTION
The tower exterior and surroundings have been spruced up. The sleeping area for the guards entirely remade. An animated banner now flies proudly above the entrance which sports a fine new door.
This mod completely changes the exterior, and interior, and includes a luxury “VIP Suite” for the player. The suite is separate from the “Players Suite” that is also available. To get to the new suite, go to the penthouse floor and go straight ahead from the elevator.
A fast travel marker has been placed on the balcony outside your suite door.
The suite features an “L” shaped living room, formal dining area, and well stocked recreational bar.
There is a spacious eat-in kitchen.
There is a liberal companion dorm that will sleep six.
A well-appointed storage and display room with acres of storage and tons of display space. This includes a nicely retextured Lincoln Display Case.
A personal bedroom suite includes a bathroom with an aquarium wall and a sit down stool.
The living room and personal bedroom feature working fireplaces.
This is entirely companion friendly with plenty of idle markers. I used four companions during the completion of the mod as test subjects.
The renovated Federalist Lounge now features Pinioncorps, Baby Grande Piano, which lends it a much needed touch of class.
Since this is actually quite a complex mod, keeping it compatible with many other mods has been a challenge. I cannot promise it will be trouble free on every game installation.
It should be entirely trouble free if it is the only major mod you have associated with Tenpenny Tower.
COMPATIBILITY
My mod should be compatible with any mod that changes the original penthouse suite, including the very popular Pinioncorp, " Better Tenpenny Penthouse Suite", which has more than 5,400 downloads.
This mod should be substantially compatible with Andysaurus, “PiercingsManaclesTuxedosAndClothing”, which dresses the men at Tenpenny is some finery.

This mod should be substantially compatible with “Lings Finer Things”, which sets the merchant Ling to sell lots of fine clothes for the Tenpenny ladies, and also dresses them in finery.

If you have either or both those mods they should be in the load order following this mod. You can easily use FOMM to change the load order.
It should be compatible with all the landscape mods such as “Green World”, or, “Summer”.
This mod should have no impact on quests or other associated game play.
