This is exactly what I am looking for to make my new interiors have light switches that can turn the lights ON/OFF! However, your permissions are set so that we can't do anything with them in a mod that we would want to share with others on the Nexus.
I would need to be able to retexture them to match the decor of my interiors (where I am also doing a lot of retexturing). So, at minimum I would need to take your texture file, change the face plate and/or switch colors, and then create a Texture Set to use on your NIF file. But even that is disallowed by your permissions.
