Is there any way to disable the SLIGHT blur that occurs right as you enter and right as you exit bullet time? NOT the motion blur (already turned the setting off)
The very small temporary blur that occurs at beginning and end
This is very nice, I love bullet time mode much better than VATS. I'm using a PS4 controller and this is what I did to get it working very nicely:
1. Download and install DS4Windows 2. Check that controller works in the game as normal. Close the game and open DS4Windows "Profiles" 3. Create a new profile "Fallout 3" and edit it. Press on the R2 trigger in the layout edit image (do not physically actually touch the L2 button on the controller :) (i.e. your desired bullet-time button) and change its mapping to a keyboard button, for example "L" 4. Restart Fallout 3 and in bullet time configuration menu, change the mapping (FOSE) and press "R2" on your controller.
This lead to one small problem: VATS and Bullet Time were activated at the same time, because I had VATS mapped to R2. So I downloaded this mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/23401?tab=files&file_id=1000015708, which disables VATS and allows me to use bullet time as a true replacement for it!
If I want both bullet time and VATS, I can in the DS4Windows just map the PS4 "touch screen" right button to another keyboard button, such as "M", then again in-game modify the bullet time FOSE key to be the controller's right-touch-screen-button.
Again, thanks for the great mod, works beautifully thus far (3 hours of playing)
Is there a console code to add the bullet time in my inventroy? I have this mod installed yet it wasn't add into my inventory... I have started a new game with mod alternate start to skip the beginning, maybe it does have to do with this mod? Idk but still I can't get the bullet time. I even deactivate the mod, load a savegame, saved it without the mod being active, activated the mod, load the savgame again and still I don't get the bulle time -,-
Make sure you don't have another mod that alters the same ap setting. And try moving bullettime down (or up) your order.
I doubt you need a new game because the mod can be uninstalled and reinstalled at will, apparently. The console code XX00080A is in the txt file that comes with the mod. But you need to replace the xx bit with your mod load order number. you should be able to find that order number in your mod manager, otherwise, count down from the top with the first one (the main fallout file) as 00.

p.s. I don't use this mod myself, just trying to help. May you bend the progress of time to your will.
I have a idea, but I dont know if you want to make it, when we activate the bullet time, we can see parts of the enemy body resalted like vats system. for we see how many life have any parts of the enemy body, and rest the action points for shots like vats system, no for time, in other words it replaced the vats system, but without auto aim, and with bullet time, I dont know what you think about it
Hi, I reallllllly want to use this mod. However, whenever I use it randomly my game will crash and I have to do a hard shut down on my pc. I've only had this issue in superduper mart, i haven't tested it to see if it crashes elsewhere. If anyone has any ideas or ran into the same issue, please respond. I've uninstalled all my other mods and tested it, still crashed. I used NMM, and then manually installed it when that didn't work. No luck.
Since experiencing this mod, I've never gone back to VATS, which I consider far too overpowered. Obviously, this is still pretty strong, but it's the best alternative. The only thing I'd change is to add an optional Jet requirement, similar too how FWE and Fallout 4 handled this concept. If that happened, it'd be perfect in my opinion, but still a 10/10 mod easily.
So, i got this mod in FWE, i love it, but there is one thing i want to change. I set the bullet time activation to my right mousebutton so that i would go into bullet time when i start aiming but the problem is: it's a toggle, not a hold . I got myself the G.E.C.K. , how do i go about to edit this?
Or if you feel generous, could you upload a version that is based on holding a key rather than toggle? =D
