The .esp file just changes the nif name from dogskin.nif to cyber_dog.nif so to make a TTW "version" of this mod doesn't need the scripts, you could just create a new FNV mod and change the nif reference for the Creature dogmeat and save.
Edit: I just built a TTW version (it's just one edit so it's dead easy) -- you could do some creative renaming and avoid the .esp but I plan to build in some other functions if I don't try to convert the mod I've been using in FO3 Its a Dogs World - Dogmeat Overhaul
TTW Steps: - Install the FO3 mod in your TTW setup (I use MO2 so you'll have to figure out how that works for the installer you use) - Delete the FO3 .esp file - Open GECK - Selected all TTW required .esm files as masters (NB: you may have to set "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=1" in the GECKCustom.ini) - Locate 'FFEU255Dogmeat' (under Creatures but you can search under All for that too) - Go to the "Model List" tab in the Creature dialog - UNSELECT dogskin.nif - SELECT cyber_dog.nif - Press OK - Save - Name your TTW mod - Enable and enjoy
+braigus09 Uhh...have you played New Vegas? Rex looks terribly designed. That robo brain on his head looks so stupid. This mod is definitely needed in New Vegas.
I really like thus model, with one exception. I don't care for the parts on his head. They make him look like he's wearing an old football helmet. Is there any way to remove that part?
If anybody has a problem with getting this to work just use NMM to install, I know it seems like a stupid thing but it worked for me, just trying to help others on this desolate Nexus.

i really want this to work but i loaded the nif file and its tells me it has no mipmaps idono if the file has been changed or anything or am i missing something?
i just think you may have forgotten to add them if you updated file.
