Added foggy, clear, cloudy ,rainy climates in all times.

Now you can have rain ,fog all time and no only night rain .

i have added 12 different climates .ù

Added new weathers 

Added a new dynamic weather system , now you can have different weathers in a day , for example , rain in the morning and clear in the afternoon . 
Weathers are random , you can have rain all day or rain ,clear and fog in same day .

Open data3.pak with winrar and drag file inside

Click yes and play
