If you've made sure you have no overlays active (ie Fraps/Skype etc) and it's still crashing, try changing the name of the file from dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll, this worked for me.
Ok here's a silly newb question lol, will this preset work with newer versions of reshade, like the newly released 3.0.6?? Or does it only work with the version you used to make it with??
I've been trying to use this mod for a few days, but every time I install it, it makes my game crash/not open at all. I've never used it before, so it isn't a scenario where it worked once before. I install it, try to launch the game through origin or directly from the DA file itself, and the game will either not load at all or open, then I get the error message of "Dragon Age: Inquisition has stopped working". Any ideas on how I can fix this? (I've also tried renaming the file to d3d11.dll, it did not work.)

1. open game and setting > window (not fullscreen)
2. cut (not copy) Fantasy reshade files to game folder
3. change dxgi.dll to d3d11.dll
and it works
Thanks for amazing reshade!

Thank you. A million times thank you. Changing the name of the .dll worked for me too.
