Unfortunately it crashed my computer. My inquisitor is a Rogue Archer. when I was about to attack a group of bandits, I went into stealth. When I approached the bandits about to attack, the game would freeze every time until I removed the mod. :/ I have the GotY version and I had Dorian, Solas, and Cole on my team. None of the Mages were wearing the armor.
Weird, because in fact none of you wearing this armor. In any case, I have the license edition and everything workung fine. Did you play the main game or DLS when the problems started?

The crash happened to me, too, I suspect on the same bandit fight. It drove me nuts trying to figure out why I kept crashing in that spot. I think it's because shortly after fighting the bandits you meet a Dalish mage wearing the armour. For some reason, this mod won't load on that NPC. It's a very odd and very specific bug.
Can you tell me, please, where exactly does this battle? Is it a quest? I want to write about this bug in the description. I think if disable this mod, pass this part, and then turn back mod again, this will be the solution of problem.
This is my first playthrough, but I'll do my best to describe where it happens.
It's very close to Haven, and you come across a part when Cassandra says "Bandits up ahead." There are four bandits, always (two fighters, two archers), and when you defeat them, Solas says something about an elven artifact being nearby. At that point, if you move any further, the game freezes.
Beyond the bandits is a little hill with a ruin. There is a lady elf there, fighting a creature. She follows you into that ruin, where you light some magical torches. That lady elf seems to be the issue, as she is wearing the armour that this mod retextures.
I wonder, though, if it will causes crashes with any lady elf wearing the armour? I was at the beginning of the game, with Solas, Cassandra, and Varic. I haven't met Dorian or Cole yet, so maybe the OP was further into the game and would have also encountered a similarly dressed NPC?
Just want you to know that this is still a problem, I LOVE this armor but will not use it since it crashes my game :( EDIT: this problem seems to have been found 2 whole years ago? daaaaaang, you should fix it lol.

I found the armour in the cave you mentioned, but I can't find the recipe in Master Taniel's shop I've earned enough "Dalish favor" to trade with her, so I assume i can see all her inventory ? Unless I need to be at 100% Dalish favor to see the recipe and buy it ? I tried to go back to Skyhold, and come back to the Dalish camp but still can't see the recipe.

You need to be at 100% Dalish favor to see the recipe and buy it
