Thank you sooo much for solving my Bethany issue! XD I wanted a cute little sister for my redhead Warrior and while i found mods that would make the whole family redheads they overwrite the"cute Bethany" mods I'd found . The funny part is I've actually skipped over this mod several times in my searching because the thumbnail picture is so poor a quality and only shows your Aveline. I only even looked at this mod in a fit of exasperation because nothing else was working. How lucky I am that nothing else worked as your Bethany is WAY cuter than any of the mods I couldn't get to work with the redhead mods. Though, while I adore my new baby sister I think I should point out somethings on Carver. While he is most definitely a hansom lad in his late teens (something all the default family presets fail miserably at) the glossy lips that look look so pretty on a female look out of place on him. Also, there are issues with his hair, stubble and eyebrows. While the hairstyle you picked for him is quite attractive it unfortunately clips rather badly through his cheeks in the cut-scenes which is a HUGE submersion braking distraction. Additionally, while his eyebrows and stubble color match the hair on his head they look slightly painted on because of a combination of how bright the color used is, lack of multiple color tones (obviously not your fault as the game doesn't have highlights and dark tones in the same stubble or eyebrow mesh), and the sparseness of facial hairs in question. While there is nothing that you could do to fix the lack of tonality or the sparseness of his eyebrows and stubble I would suggest a different color for his eyebrows and stubble. Something more in the auburn range would likely solve the problem. And since facial hair is rarely exactly the same shade as head hair a darker less intensely red shade would appear perfectly natural. All said, I think you did an amazing job on Bethany and Carver (who are the only characters I've downloaded) and, If you are still active in the DA2 community, I would LOVE to see If you would re-release them with, the aforementioned Carver tweaks, a full range of hair colors from light blond to black, and a better quality picture so no one else misses out on these hidden treasures.
Hello! It's been exactly a year but I wanted to thank you for your compliments and constructive criticism. If you still happen to be playing DA2 or coming back to it, you'll see I actually uploaded a version 2.0! I think it looks much better and since it uses Ellise's lovely textures, there's none of that lipgloss on the men (though Vilissa's textures are still nice). I'll be honest and say I haven't tested them in-game much since I just did them (maybe 3 hours ago) so I can use it in my playthrough. If more people demand different hair colors/eye colors, I think I'd be up for it, but as of right now I'd like to play my own DA2 and enjoy my new red head family. :)
