   Is there any way to access this rune without the winter forge? I just don't want to download too many major mods and muck up my game, y'know?

      Unfortunately all of my items require the Winter Forge Armory to be imported correctly into the game. I understand about over modding, but this is a great mod to have and you can create your own gear once installed too. Also, I never had a single problem with this mod or conflicts with other mods so it's really a win, win. I highly recommend it.
