I always thought that I, should I ever share content, would make a point of always replying on time, answering questions and so on - seeing how rarely I'm here, I really failed at that. This is not the mod I learned modding for, but it is the upload I invested the most thought and energy in. Seeing that it still finds use really means a lot to me. Thanks so much for downloading, commenting, and endorsing.
After days spent ploughing through the toolset to do something similar I take my hat off you for accomplishing this, it's a brilliant bit of work and the items are lovely.
nice this is good. it would be a good opportunity to also add zevrans earring as an item in awakening, and also something memento from leliana, maybe a promise ring or a necklace of some sort. last but not least a buff to morrigan's ring to make it actually usable to complete the set.
This is a nice, simple mod to Alistair romance. Thank you! But, I do have a problem, though. While the wedding ring shows up, there are... TWO roses as a plot item. One recognised the romance perfectly ('You would never leave it behind'), and the other is greyed out, and the description says 'It's unclear why you still have it or what are you supposed to do with it'. My Cousland marries Alistair and NEVER broke the romance nor bringing up the political marriage between him and Anora. Is it a bug?
This used to work perfectly. I just spent half an hour redownloading, reinstalling, trying different saves to import to Awakening, and I get nothing at all. My Warden misses her wedding ring.
I realize these questions have been asked quite some time ago, but I haven't looked here for even longer; I'm sorry.
I can't tell you why the items aren't showing up in your games without knowing specifics, I'm afraid. But here are some key points that might help: The items are only for Dragon Age Awakening, they don't exist in Origins (just wanted to get that out of the way first). Only a Warden who has received Alistair's rose in Origins will have it again in Awakening. It's not a usable item, it's a plot item just like it was in the main game. Only a Warden who is or has been in a relationship with Alistair and did not end it themselves will receive another, usable item upon starting Awakening. Any decision that leads to him leaving the party counts as ending the relationship. His death in the final battle does not.
If the mod works properly, the item(s) will be added to the inventory right in the expansion's beginning, or, if installed later, upon first loading a save.
Oh, it's even worse than that: This mod only adds Alistair's Rose, and only if he gave it to you in Origins. You might additionally receive a ring, an amulet, or a locket, depending on the relationship you had with Alistair. Those things actually do something, at least. Zevran, Leliana and Morrigan only enter the picture in how they might have influenced said relationship.
But now that you mention it, I suddenly feel inclined to think about what kind of stuff one might carry around if one romanced the Swamp Witch and lived to tell the tale. It's just that I don't know those other romances as well. But I think I might think about it.
So, just so I'm clear; this mod only adds a romance item if you have previously recieved it in DA:O, such as Zev's ring or Ali's stuff. There is nothing new from say, Leliana or the "Swamp witch". Is this correct? It would be bitchen' if something were added from the others I mentioned, yes? Could that be done by a grcious and most talented modder I wonder?
Thank you, I just installed your new version and my warden got the appropriate items. Reading this thread I will remember to unequip my locket before heading into the mine. Thank you again.

You're welcome. I'm glad it works now.
Thank you again.
