I think something may be wrong with the effects of Renaya's Belt. I put it on Leliana, and she's completely invulnerable with it. I see mobs hitting her, and numbers floating up (in blue), but her health doesn't go down at all. I know one of its effects is spell shield, but these are normal swords hitting her without damage.
I finally got to a point in my latest playthrough where I could begin approaching this quest, and did the first part of it just now. I couldn't get the job board to show up for me using the CC framework, so I used the console to add the quest. This character is just past the undead fight in Redcliffe (right after Lothering), so I'm probably still too low to be tackling the quest normally. After a few wipes on that spirit test fight, I went down from hard to easy, though, and managed to beat it after two more tries (a little strategy helped, too).
Mainly, what I wanted to say was that I highly appreciate the unique, interesting, and challenging encounters you come up with in your mods. Mengtzu will always be a mark of quality in my book!
@Tchos - the .dazip at the top. Or you can wait for mikemike37 et al to put the contest bundle together, which will handle it and include BlackPhi's mod too!
