In case someone still stops by here, I made a quick solution to the armor not being added to people's inventory. I have but an afternoon's scripting knowledge lol and while it works, it only spawns the version requiring strength (the rogue/warrior variant). Meaning if you want to use it as a mage, you are still screwed, unless you want to level strength as a mage. But I suspect most people are like me and want to use it on a Rogue or Warrior. So here it goes, all you have to do is download this .ncs script file, put it in override and ingame use the console command "runscript shadow_wardens_armor" and it's in your inventory. You can do it as often as you want, so your whole party could wear it. Of course you need to have this mod still installed or else it won't have an armor to spawn. https://www.mediafire.com/file/ey4rvdut37rpzvm/shadow_wardens_armor.ncs/file
Love this armor, but on a female Dwarf, the gloves make her hands *bug out*. Weird long fingers etc. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue, but I definitely cannot equip the gloves.
I really love this mod. After the first time I downloaded it, it had appeared in my inventory for my Dalish Warden Arialora. But now however for my other Dalish Seraris, I can;t get the armor to appear at the store or in my inventory. I even disabled the mod before starting a new game and reenabling it later, but the mod is not working. I really love this armor and would love to always have it. If only there was a console code, that would really help.
It worked for me just fine at first when I used the DAO Manager to install it. A must-have for Zevran fans or fans of black leather, to say the least. ;) Thank you!
Update: I was halfway into a Noble Origin playthrough when I first installed this and it dropped into my inventory without any problems. The next two playthroughs on both my Mage Origins it's yet to drop. Prior playthroughs it's showing up in their inventories. Oddly only one of my previous mages received the mage gear. As for the others they all received armor that requires 20 strength.
After some trial and error, it turns out you MUST disable this mod BEFORE starting a NEW game. So disable the mod, make your new character, make a save or two and exit out of the game. Then enable the mod and start up the saved file. It should drop then. If you made a character without disabling the mod first, doing these steps won't work if performed later on.
If we could get a console command to force a drop that would be great.
This mod seems to be no longer working. I've tried multiple times on both available downloads, both manually, and using NMM. It is not appearing in my inventory, nor in Bohdan's shop. Which is a shame, as I've used this mod on previous play-throughs, and it was really nice armor for Zevran. Sadly, if I cannot get it to work, and I am not technologically inclined, so no monkeying around with scrips or searching or what not for me, then I will have to undendorse.
This armour is beautiful, looks great on both male and female characters, had my female elven warden, Leliana, Zev, Wynne and Morrigan all look awesome and the specs are very good.
i'm kinda frustrating here. how to install this mod? there is absolutely NO da.zip, only a folder with 'contents'. do i put that folder in my override or something? the instructions you gave are confusing. please can someone help me?
