Not a bad little side story; I figure this mod has been long abandoned but I also had the glitch that made me unable to recruit rose (I guess just think of this as a 3 companion mod), though the last few battles are quite easy so she wasn't needed. Overall this will scratch the itch for a few hours of Dragon Age gameplay. Not sure I can endorse it though with one companion unobtainable
Hi! Just downloaded this and it seems really interesting. I'm having a small problem on the character creator screen because I have the human commoner mod installed though. It's overriding whatever description of the origin there is. Could you let me know what the origin description that shows up on the first character creation screen is sorry? And is the name meant to be set as Morgan? (I think Human Commoner is overriding that to let me enter my own name too?)
Wow, last time someone posted was three years ago... but that's OK, just wanted to say it is really a great little mod, very well designed and written... the Rose Bug is still present, but it didn't cause problems for me. The short nature of the story could be improved, but I believe the complexities (and limitations) of the Dragon Age engine are probably to blame for this sort of straightforward approach.
Very well done! I do agree it was short though. I also had the Rose glitch, however, she did join my party but when it came time for her dialogue she disappeared.
Good work Jackkeldragon, a nice little adventure. Maybe a little too short to fully appreciate the characters but still something i'd recommend to anyone. But as Karmalade said below there is a bug with Rose that means she doesn't join the party and you her lines are missing in conversations after that point, a bit werid when people start talking to nothing.
Good mod, though I did encounter one glitch. When I asked Rose to join the party, she never did. She just sort of disappeared, and when her turn came up to talk during later conversations, she was invisible.
@Rynne: This is a standalone module, but there is a bug with the "rewards" file, that BioWare used extensively for XP and items rewards in DAO. I'll make sure this is fixed in the next release, because it's an easy fix. (I used a modified file in the module that seems to override the main campaigns as well.)
For now, uninstall this module when playing anything else in DAO (I'm not sure if checking off fixes the bug or not, you'd have to check.) The main campaign will break in many ways with the current state of this module...

A nice short adventure, well done indeed!
