I'm in the process of creating a custom follower, this was the first mod i downloaded in an attempt to change my new NPC's portrait. I edited the GDA file in this mod to my own liking, praying it work for my new follower... IT DID. I doubt the mod author will ever see this, but without using explicit language to demonstrate how thankful I am, you are a godsend!
@Zurethen; There are many ways of changing the Warden's face. Just depends on what, exactly, you're trying to do. See: DA Face Replacer for one tool that helps do this.
