Hi. I play tested the mod myself. Unfortunately this mod is defective. It messes up many halos in the game. Most importantly butterfly "I'm charging." effect. It also messes New Londo torches. You could use this by installing/uninstalling and reinstalling for/after butterfly fight if you really want it.

However many pvp players consider removing halo effects as cheat. I agree with them. So I advise you to use it for single player only.

I just have to add this, that's not how graphical mods works, if you install it only YOU benefit from it, everyone else sees you with the effects. In order to remove it for other players they would have to install the mod themselves.

Moonlight Butterfly is too easy as it is, this mods just evens the scales a bit imho.

    Thanks for making this mod.

I have a QUESTION. Does this mod create issues with other auras? Other comments say that it does. Could you look into the issue yet?

The mod seems to remove other auras as well :/ Just had to fight the butterfly without its green "I'M CHARGING UP!" aura. So it's a great idea, and it works with what it does, but removes too much for me to use it.

It does work with the wolf ring, if it's not for you, then you either have the wrong texture, you've placed it in the wrong place, or you're not enabling texture override in DSFix's ini.

Great little change, that makes a big difference, thanks for sharing.

Maybe but then the description is just poorly. If ppl wanna now how to do that check i.e. Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas or Skyrim pages out. Thats the way it should be.

It doesn't work with the Wolf Ring though. Tried the one even labeled that and I still see the glow on my character.

    Nice mod.

Edit: But it seems to have removed certain light auras as well. For example, with this installed, the blue torches at the entrance to New Londo no longer have coronas. Also, humanity becomes invisible at the moment you hold it in your hand to use it. It is this mod, because installing this mod caused the issues immediately after, and uninstalling this mod fixed the problem. I'm not sure which of the three files is the culprit.

I heartily second Manfrex's query about NO-GLOW phantoms. Oh my goodness it would be nice to fight my opponent in regular colour, and myself invade and see my own character as intended
