Ok, so this mod crashes the game for me every single time. DSfix works just fine but this update just throws it into a crash loop and i have a BEASTLY pc, not gonna bother with the specs but i run BF4 at 120 FPS on ultra...so...im sure i could run Dark Souls at 60. >_>
And is there any specific reason why the mod author thinks this doesnt work on AMD processors because i have an 8350 at 4.5 ghz,

using this in PVP will result in you being banned as soon as somebody reports you. your game runs essentially as the cheat engine "2x speedhack", which results in it appearing like your character teleports all over the room when fighting against them. there IS no way around this. IF YOU USE THIS IN PVP YOU WILL BE BANNED.
Didn't help. DSfix crashes my game everytime I unlock the framerate, regardless of what I do with the settings, or even if I disable Windows DEP. No toher solution on the net worked...
Thanks cmoyano, this mod is made my game alive. Previously, I was struggling with low fps drops. Now with this mod and DSfix 1.7 my game is running smooth as butter. Thank you and god bless you. I usually using it for offline mod though. Happily Endorsed
Hey i just installed this and i have 30 fps(!!!) from 10-15. The problem is it doesnt save :| I cant even use an offline windows live account :\ Please help
This crashes my game on start up if I set the FPS cap off. Also I can't run the game at 1920x1080 either, because when I go in game the screen is glitched out I had to uninstall the mod. Is there a works no matter what fix for this game? I got the steam version, and its up to date.
PC specs:
CPU I5 2500k @ 4.5ghz GPUs Radeon 6970 - x2
My PC is a beast, so if this works on anyone's PC it should work on mine, unless I'm missing something very important here.
When it crashes it gives me this error:
Runtime error 216 at 1774360B
Google of the error comes up with nothing.
Was everything required for this mod to work included with the zip file? All applicable .dll files and stuff?

Installing this patch completely screwed my game up, and even after uninstalling the patch my game won't start, period. I keep getting runtime errors. I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling, and nothing seems to work. But what I do know is the game worked fine prior to installing this patch. I don't have the knowledge required to troubleshoot this for a fix, so my game is permanently screwed up all because of this patch.
I don't recommend anyone install this patch until the mod author wants to address the problems that so many people are having in getting this to work.
