Well, No SBS comparison, so i, who has never played before and has just got it, don't know the difference, i also don't know if it was working as there was NO install instructions anywhere. and Vortex is just not bothered.
Yeah, the author assumed people downloading it might have enough IQ to open the rar file and see the subfolders in it.
So monkey download explanation here: 1.Monkey click download file 2. Monkey right click on file and click open with win rar / 7 zip or orther. 3. Monkey right click on the "Darkest Dungeon" icon and click "open file localisation" 4. Monkey paste the 3 folders from this mod to this location 5. Monkey get sweet banana
If you can, I would appreciate if you could upload the version of the mod before Butcher Circus. I'm running the pre Butcher Circus Linux build via Properties>Betas and the newer version of the mod doesn't work at all in it sadly. It's understandable if you can't or don't want to, just trying my luck asking!
I am new to Darkest Dungeon and i find the UI confusing. Would be nice a side-by-side (before/after) comparison for this mod, that seems what i need, but i am not even sure. Thanks for your work anyway, i will try this as soon as i figure out how to mod this game correctly. I don't even know if it works with NMM or it is all manual.
for some reason every time i try and make a localization file i'm ending up with a file that is 807kb and a large number of names of things have the first letter or two cut off and are all pink.... i noticed my backup is 767kb. i tried putting the backed up xmls back(i have UI enhancement with its 772kb english.loc working just fine aslong as i don't run localization.exe) i found out about this problem because i used winmerge to try and combine UI Enhancement and Heirloom 101 and after i made the merged strings file and made the localization is when i found out about the problem. i even tried putting my backed up files from localization(i backed up each file i replaced when i installed mods) i'm still getting a buggy 807kb english.loc when i run localization.exe hoping someone might be able to help me solve my problem or generate a english.loc for me
Could You add color to "shuffle" effects, like in original version? Or give some tips how to do it, it needs changes only in "colours.darkest" or other files as well?
Is possible to apply changes for colours for any other languages than english? Does it demands all new files version(colours+localization) or just colours.darkest?
If colors option demands only some litlle changes wihout translations work for other languages it would be great.
