if you downloaded the merged pack, try downloading them one by one instead. If the blush complexion still doesn't work just rename it so it loads above other makeup/complexion mods. For example, the blush is called basegame_egirl complexion_FullBlush_WithHearts_WithEyeliner.archive so just add a number or letter like so: abasegame... or 01basegame. That's how I got mine to work.

Edit: Figured it out. I simply installed them individually into a folder named "mod" in the "pc" folder instead of the patch folder they say in the mod description. Might work if you put the all in one in there too.
The game used to crash for some unknown reason, and in the old days we found out that installing CET again; resolved that particular issue. Still happens.
