Currently using "Replaced with legendary money shards" version and I noticed an error in the tweakxl log: [2024-05-20 20:28:52.929] [info] Reading "CarryCapacityShardsReplaced\ep1_airdrop_loot.tweak"... [2024-05-20 20:28:52.939] [error] LootTables.Treasure_Airdrop_Loot.lootItems[5].playerPrereqID.nestedPrereqs[0]: Unknown base group AirDropFactPrereq.
The mod is working, despite the error. So, the element with index 5, aka the 6th element cannot be found in that group. The 6th element is "Items.CapacityBoosterUncommon", which means that there is no uncommon carry capacity shards in the dogtown airdrops.
Used v1.02 (22 Dec 2023) of 'Replaced With Epic Cyberware Capacity Shards'. Pretty sure I have everything installed right and no errors in the logs that I can tell, but airdrops still give carry capacity instead of max cyberware capacity.
Apologies for the late reply. I've tried it out and it's still working for me. If you've installed everything correctly then perhaps the inventory for that airdrop chest was already generated? Is it just that one or do the other two main files also not work when you try them?
Hey no worries, I don't think the issue was your mod after all. Getting rid of TweakXL and re-installing it made me finally get a cyberware shard from an airdrop.

The mod manager freaked out when I tried installing this mod saying that it looks like a TweakXL mod but couldn't figure out the intended layout. Is that gonna cause any problems or should I just ignore it?
excellent alternative to both cyberware shard and money exploits, and makes the core gameplay more rewarding. This will become a must-have mod in no time.
Would it be possible to make an alternate version that swaps Epic Carry Capacity shards with the Cyberware Capacity ones? For some reason they are ridiculoulsy rare to get for me, I found like 3 of them in the whole DLC.
Sure, I've uploaded an alternate main file which will swap the Carry Capacity Shards out and replace them with Epic Tier Cyberware Capacity shards, hope you enjoy.
they're rare because there is a finite number of each rarity of cyberware capacity shard that a character can find, to add up to 80 extra capacity total. You can find them anywhere in the game, not just from airdrops or dogtown, even before you ever speak to So Mi.

I didn't know CC had a hard cap, since apparently its 332 (382 with Edgerunner, 424 with Compressor) - I might take it until I reach a round number like 350 and just disable it. Hi hend0wski, I've uploaded an alternate main file which will swap the Carry Capacity Shards out and replace them with Epic Tier Cyberware Capacity shards in 11 of the 22 Airdrop loot tables that they're mentioned in. The other 11 loot tables will have Legendary Money Shards, I hope this is satisfactory.
Thank you so much for this! I've found 3 legendary Cyberware Capacity Shards so far, they are so rare for me that i sometimes even forget they exist. This Mod at least helps me get the Shards more consistently and immersive at the same time. I am currently at 372 and that with the Perk 16/20 Cyberware increase, Edgerunner and the Cyberware Suppressor. S yeah i am finding them way to rare considering how long i've been playing in Dogtown. Really thank you so much!
Question : From those 11 Drops, will they keep reappearing or is it a one time drop thing like the rare Cyberware Stuff and Weapons?

An idea for another mod: Replacing Skill Shards for skills you have already maxed out to be replaced by Perk Shards.

I replaced AirDropFactPrereq with AirDropCWFactPrereq to fix the issue.
I've updated the two versions of the mod referencing that Prereq.
