Tried several times. No Bureau option showing up. What I did? 1 - Install Reshade with all packages 2 - Downloaded your zip files 3 - Deleted original reshade-shaders and unzipped yours in its place 4 - Executed the game and followed instructions. No Bureau options there.
Clean installation 1 and 2 same. 3 - Replaced everything with your files 4 - Executed the game and followed instructions. No Bureau options there.
Tried the ini file on several folders. Also nothing. =(
EDIT: Found it. I was looking it as a FX file not a PRESET. xD Sorry.
Try these steps : 1- Make a clean Uninstallation of Reshade 2- Install Reshade 4.9.1 with all packages in your game directory 3- Download and unrar my rar 4- Copy/paste Reshade-shader folder and my .ini in your game directory 5- Launch the game 6- If Reshade is correctly installed, you'll have a message at the top of your screen 7- Press [Home] to display Reshade Menu and finish the installation 8- Select my .ini in the Reshade menu

Edit: Nvm I was looking at the unchecked .fx instead of the checked ones. I just unselected border.fx
