How to install? where do i have to drop the archives ?

  In your installation folder of Banished... subfolder WinData
  
  For example:
  
  C:\Banished\WinData or C:\Program Files\Banished\WinData
  
  If you using Steam version, you can install automatically in game menu "Mods" from Steam Workshop
