Once you have the rar file downloaded from github, just extract it to the mods folder. For me, this was... D:\Games\Epic Games\CitiesSkylines\Files\Mods
To the person who uploaded the mod here on Nexus, you should update the mod so people can easily access the latest version, which is currently 11.7.2.0
Be aware, this mod also requires the "Harmony" Mod as a dependency, so you'll also need to download that from Github here... Harmony Mod

Same thing, tried reinstalling, reinstall all my mods and added them back one by one, it literally didn t work with even just harmony mod on, got another error and after i added the load mod (where it makes it so that harmony loads first) i get the same error you do, i m so damn confused, like, nothing works

Traffic manager: President Edition failed to load. You can continue playing but it;s NOT recommended. Traffic Manager will not work as expected.
I've tried installing it both through vortex and manual and there is no change and the mod obviously does not work, Can someone help me thanks
