The killer penguin should be able to breed, as I did breed them while testing. They just need a lot of space to be happy, which I left unchanged from the original since I think it's part of the animal's essence being hard to keep.
It does have three requirements which you can find in the Description tab, they are all available on Nexus.
A new version of Protarchaeopteryx was added (you can see it in the mod pictures), as well as some minor updates to other animals (mostly genetic coding, some new behaviors and small skin updates for the bird and sloth).
And yes, this pack is still in the works and I plan to make all EA animals except the dodo and thylacine, which you can find in the Radical Remake mod.
It's still in progress, animals are released individually, and the plan is to make all animals except for the thylacine and dodo (which were already remade in Radical Remake)

If it hasn't been done, is it possible to make the killer penguin tolerate a mate, and even breed in-game?
Also, does this mod require any other mods, or is it just reskins?

Also, are you planning to update the rest of the extinct animals, such as the Tyrannosaurus and Ankylosaurus?
