Made card frame closer to the ORR Promo Illustrations
Added optional card mods for "Avian Spell Tactics" using "Harpie's Feather Duster" alt art since I thought be funny to use it for the spell removal now that harpies
can use Avian Spell Tactics. Doubt will ever get Feather duster in RD so why not.
Also added optional mod for "Counter Pigeons" using art from Monster Strike/Puzzle & Dragons.
