Same here, doesn't work. I tested it in the bar (to compare with the picture here), ground still looks vanilla. In Special K, which is loading, I can see the Textures under "File > Browse Texture Assets > Injectable Textures", 24 MB, but it doesn't really inject. The "dxgi.ini" settings are default (also "ResourceRoot=SK_Res" and "Inject=true"), except the following: AllowUnsafeRefCounting - is now "true" as it should be. "DumpOnFirstLoad" is still "false", because I don't wan't to dump anything.
I would say, the "location" or hex values or offsets or whatever changed for the textures in latest update and so they won't get replaced anymore.
If that was the case, the AI upscaled pack posted later than this one on steam would not have worked either, right? Looking at both of them, at least the texture names and file types stayed the same. At this point, If nobody else solved this, I'm assuming it's a special K issue rather than the textures in these packs themselves...

There is a good chance you could combine this manually created unfinished pack and those textures into a single texturepack which works for the whole game. Though I still have not solved the Special K issues to begin with, so there is not even an injection process going on for me atm.
I love it, I can't wait to see this all done. I noticed that the PS4 version of this game has the entire HUD, menus, and icons for the buttons/abilities in HD while the PC version is just the VITA's version stretched for some reason. It's fucking weird when we have to see the community showing the love these games deserve because XSEED doesn't give a s#*! for their PC ports. Amazing job, gonna follow your work here for now on!
