A simple change that disables a feature that most people feel spoils the combat in the game, namely your attacks bouncing off after being blocked by an opponent or hitting a chair guy and interrupting your combo. All you have to do is import the provided "battle_action_info" file into "db.par", located in the "\Yakuza Kiwami 2\data" folder.
To do this you need Slow's PARC archive Importer or a similar program (https://github.com/SlowpokeVG/PARC-Archive-Importer/releases/tag/1.5). You simply 1) open db.par with the importer by choosing the "open archive" option in the left panel, 2) click on widen and wait for the process to finish, 3) select battle_action_info after clicking on "Open file" in the right panel, then 4) inject, and finally, 5) save.
