NOTE: You need some knowledge of Cheat Engine in order to manage your inventory using the IDs provided
After some tedious experiments using Cheat Engine, I managed to compile a list of item IDs from the game. This spreadsheet includes ALMOST all items, enough for you to enjoy the game or finish certain Completion List requirements. I was too lazy to compile all the food/medicine/quest items so hopefully someone can do that. Finally, I pray that some kind soul in the community is skilled enough to provide us with an inventory editor, considering how some people don't really enjoy the grinding aspect of the game (including myself).
