literally just the mesh.par from Mayumi's Adv folder which is an in-game model of Yasuko/Lily from Y4.. you can use it to swap any character with Yasuko/Lily. personally i put the file over Haruka.
installation put c_cw_haruka in Yakuza 5>main>data> char>Adv.
