I've been meaning to ask this for a while since I think I've been using these font mods for every single Yakuza game so far.
Are there any plans to redo this font to tackle the weird transparency anomalies? I don't have a quick and easy way to underscore what I'm talking about but you can see it fairly clearly in the given screenshot. Perhaps clearest at the top of the "d" in "Madarame." When looking at the transparent layer that surrounds the text here, instead of a smooth gradient, it has a pattern of lighter and darker areas, around every letter in the font. It's as though the surrounding area was generated not with, say, a Gaussian blur or a drop shadow, but rather by overlapping a few semi-transparent duplicates of the font text.
Y6 version is uploaded! Sorry, I didn't realize the Nexus page for 6 was up yet, the mod has been up on the modding discord since release day. I just haven't checked Nexus in a while. Enjoy! :)
