This mod removes the loud ambient audio that constantly plays throughout Downtown Ryukyu in exploration which is a bug that was introduced on the PC port of Yakuza 3.
To install, simply paste and replace the file found in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Yakuza 3\data\snda2\okinawa_car_common.acb

This mod is a band aid attempt I came up with at mitigating a new audio bug that was introduced in the PC port of Yakuza 3 where one of the car sounds incorrectly plays very loudly and constantly throughout exploration in Downtown Ryukyu, this issue is not present on the PS3/PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game.
This is by no means a full proper fix to this issue since all I did with this mod was to mute the specific audio file that was playing nonstop, so this means that cars themselves will still not have any sound when they are passing by, but it's still better than how it is now on PC with the annoying distracting loud ambient sound that's constantly drowning out the other ambient sounds, even when you are far away from the road.
I will delete this mod if/once SEGA/QLOC decide to release a patch with a proper fix. So this mod will hopefully only be necessary in the meantime.
