This mod removes Majima's ponytail in cutscene and adventure models, giving him a long, loose hair style.

Covers most of his outfits, except for:
In addition, you can also give long hair to his Mad Dog model from the finale, as well as the model used in the torture scene in the Hole. You can find those in HairdownMajimaExtras.7z
To install, follow the instructions for Ryu Mod Manager.
Even though this mod removes the ponytail, it may still appear in places where it's baked into the scene. Not much I can do about that I'm afraid.
I haven't tested every single cutscene, so there may still be transparency or clipping issues in some. Please report any problems to me! ?
