The audio during the Sega intro is ridiculously loud so I took it upon myself to fix it. Included here are files that remove the Sega intro audio, normalize the volume or change it to the classic Sega boot intro from the Genesis console. I have also optionally included a download for a blank .usm file that skips the intro cutscene to get to the main menu faster.
Installation:
Sega intro:
Backup or rename your pause.par file located in the "pausepar_e" data folder. Extract the modded version from the zip file and place it in Steam\steamapps\common\Yakuza 0\media\data\pausepar_e\
Cutscene intro:
Backup or rename your advertise.usm file and copy the modded file from the downloaded zip file to the movie_w64 folder: Steam\steamapps\common\Yakuza 0\media\data\movie_w64\
Known Issues:
For some reason there is some slight clipping right at the end of the Classic Sega audio file I created when it's played in-game. Not sure why this happens..
